About this tool

This free online time zone tool combines a world clock, a time zone converter, and a meeting planner. Build a list of the cities you care about once, then switch between live clocks, convert a specific time across all of them, or scan a planner grid to find a meeting time that works for everyone. It uses your browser's built-in time-zone data, so daylight saving is handled automatically and nothing is uploaded.

How to use

  1. Add the time zones you work with (type a city name).
  2. World Clock: see the live local time everywhere at once.
  3. Converter: pick a source zone, date, and time to translate it.
  4. Meeting Planner: find the hours that suit every zone.

Who it's for

Remote teams scheduling across continents, travelers tracking home and destination time, and anyone coordinating calls, launches, or deadlines with people in other time zones.

Frequently asked questions

What does this time zone tool do?

Three things in one: a live World Clock for the cities you choose, a Converter that translates a specific date and time from one zone into all the others, and a Meeting Planner grid that highlights hours that fall in everyone's working day.

Is it free?

Yes — completely free with no sign-up. It runs entirely in your browser using the built-in time-zone database, so nothing is uploaded.

Are daylight saving time changes handled?

Yes. It uses the browser's IANA time-zone data, so DST transitions and historical offset changes are applied automatically for each date.

Are my chosen cities saved?

Yes. Your list of time zones is saved in your browser's local storage, so it's still there next time you open the tool.

How does the meeting planner work?

Pick a reference zone and date. The grid shows each zone's local hour for every hour of that day; working hours (9:00–18:00) are shaded, and any column where every city is within working hours is marked as a good slot for everyone.

Which time zones are supported?

All IANA zones your browser knows — typically 400+ cities worldwide. Start typing a city name to find its zone.

Can I convert a time from a specific city, not just my own?

Yes. In the Converter tab choose any of your zones as the source, enter the date and time, and every other zone updates to the matching local time.
